Procedure for FSSAI Registration
- FBOs (Food Business Operators) can get the fssai registration online by just filling and submitting the registration form. You can also register online by submitting the form to the food and safety department.
- The required documents should accompany the registration form. The papers should be uploaded online on the given portal at the filing time of the application or submitted to the food and safety department besides the application fees.
- Department will accept or reject the application within seven days from the receipt of the application through online or offline platforms.
- The department will go through all the documents submitted.
- It will inspect the food premises before granting the certificate or accepting the fssai registration fees.

Documents required for obtaining fssai license registration
You need to submit the following documents to get the Food License Registration (FLR)
- Photo identity proof of the food business operators.
- The business constitution certificate includes the partnership deed certificate of incorporation shop and establishment license.
